Jennifer Gambatese is a theater actress who is playing Mary Ingalls in Little House on the Prairie: A New Musical. Other works include the role of Natalie in All Shook Up and the role of Jane Porter in the musical version of Tarzan.

She was also in the original cast of Hairspray in the ensemble as Brenda, serving as an understudy for Penny Pingleton. She currently stars in Is He Dead? as Marie Leroux, with Norbert Leo Butz from Wicked and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
