Tinker Jones
He was mute and used a slate to tell his prices. His metal goods were beautiful and cheaper and better made than those found at the mercantile.

- In The Voice of Tinker Jones, he is standing behind the pews at the back of the church. After the service, the Reverend says that he likes having him around because he knows that he never misses a service.
