Winoka is the town where the Ingalls, Oleson and Garvey families moved to after a dry-spell in Walnut Grove.
This is also where they met Albert Quinn, whom the Ingalls would later adopt. In As Long As We're Together (Part 1) the Ingalls, Garveys, and Olesons move there.
